Workout 2x per day for at least 45 minutes
log 6,000 steps
Consume at least 64 oz of water
Stick to diet/caloric intake needs (minimal to no alcohol or processed sugar)
Read daily/Consume a book
Write/Journal daily
Complete a project
Submit Weekly progress photos
Weekly act of kindness
Maintain daily log/checklist
