Taylor'd Training Camp: Winter Challenge

Our Winter Challenge are for those in the immediate Louisville area as well as outside of it. The only time that we will meet in person are for weekly Saturday check-ins, which will also have an online meeting session via Google Meets.

The Taylor’d Training Camp is a 75-day challenge that runs from December 1st, 2025, through February 13th, 2026. It follows the structure of the 75 Hard Challenge but with modifications. Along with the Saturday check-ins every participant will be added to a daily affirmations text group and have access to Coach Taylor’s files that provide the structure and outline for the challenge. Once REGISTRATION is confirmed files will be emailed to the email address provided.

These files include a daily checklist, a calendar of the planned workouts, and a list of the exercises that will be done during those workouts. If you need help figuring out your caloric intake, you’ll need to schedule an appointment with Coach Taylor.

Guidelines for Challenge:

  • Workout 2x per day for at least 45 minutes

  • log 6,000 steps

  • Consume at least 64 oz of water

  • Stick to diet/caloric intake needs (minimal to no alcohol or processed sugar)

  • Read daily/Consume a book

  • Write/Journal daily

  • Complete a project

  • Submit Weekly progress photos

  • Weekly act of kindness

  • Maintain daily log/checklist

  • Attend all Saturday Check-Ins

If you cannot attend a Saturday check-in online or in-person than you’ll need to schedule an outside time with Coach Taylor.
